More works at the Theatre
We have noticed that electrical works are being carried out by Ruach at this listed building, which we believe have not be approved under planning or listed building consent. This follows on from other unauthorised works.
The works include fixing cables to the internal walls and plasterwork, and running cables through new holes made in internal masonry walls.
Lambeth have been asked to investigate as these works could well affect the special architectural or historic character of the building especially if these are intrusions into original fabric.
