Your Visions

The Friends would like to know Your Visions for Streatham Hill Theatre! This new project is led by one of our volunteers, Hannah Smith. 

We’re looking to the future, and asking you to take a short selfie video, describing what a rejuvenated SHT would mean to you. 

We have created our own visions for the theatre based on earlier input from the community and from experts in the field, but we’d like to extend that with more input from potential users and audiences.

We’d like to hear the clear voice of local people of all ages and backgrounds, and especially those of the younger generation.  We also want to hear from local schools, choirs, orchestras, music, drama and dance groups as well as local businesses and residents. If you can’t video yourself we can hopefully arrange for someone to help.

We will use the videos here on this website, on our social media and YouTube channels, and select some for compilation videos of peoples’ thoughts and ideas.  By submitting material you are granting us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that material.

You can email us a video file at YourVisions@streathamhilltheatre.org – please give it a meaningful name and try to keep it small – or email a link to an online file. Larger files are best sent with a transfer app, like WeTransfer. Alternatively share it through social media:
